NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
2. Sponsor
The Alt Space Free Desk Giveaway (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Alt Space Coworking, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company ("Sponsor").

By entering, each entrant agrees to these Official Rules and to the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
3. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the State of Colorado who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry (each, an "Eligible Entrant").
The following people are not eligible to enter or win:
Owners, members, managers, employees, and contractors of Sponsor, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members
Anyone who holds an active Alt Space Dedicated Desk or Private Office membership as of 12:00 a.m. Mountain Time on October 19, 2026
Current Base members and punch pass holders are eligible.
The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
4. Entry Period
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Mountain Time ("MT") on October 19, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. MT on October 25, 2026 (the "Entry Period"). Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeper. Entries received outside the Entry Period are void.
5. How to Enter
To enter, complete and submit the online entry form during the Entry Period. The form asks for your name, email address, town of residence, preferred prize location, and a few short questions about how you work.
Limit: one (1) entry form per person and per email address. Additional submissions by the same person, using any email address, will be disqualified.
Entries generated by script, bot, or any automated means, or submitted under false or another person's identity, are void.
Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or that do not comply with these Official Rules are void.
If there is a dispute about who submitted an entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address used.
6. Bonus Entries for Referrals
An entrant who has submitted a valid entry (a "Referrer") earns one (1) bonus entry for each Eligible Entrant who:
submits a valid entry during the Entry Period, and
enters the Referrer's email address in the "Who referred you?" field of the entry form.
Conditions:
Each referred entrant may name only one Referrer. A referral counts only if the Referrer's email address matches the email address on the Referrer's own valid entry.
A Referrer may earn a maximum of [25] bonus entries.
Self-referrals, referrals of ineligible people, and referrals of duplicate or fraudulent entries do not count.
Sponsor may disqualify any entrant it believes has tampered with the referral process, including by creating false entries.
Referrals are not required to enter or win, and referring others does not require any purchase.
7. Prizes
Grand Prize (one awarded): a twelve (12) month Alt Space Dedicated Desk membership at the winner's choice of the Telluride, Ridgway (Firehouse), or Grand Junction location, subject to availability. Approximate retail value ("ARV"): $3,588.
Referrer Prize (up to one awarded): if the Grand Prize winner named a Referrer whose own entry is valid and eligible, that Referrer also wins a twelve (12) month Dedicated Desk membership on the same terms. ARV: $3,588. If the Grand Prize winner named no Referrer, or the Referrer is ineligible or disqualified, no Referrer Prize is awarded.
Total ARV of all prizes: up to $7,176.
Prize conditions:
The membership includes the standard benefits of a Dedicated Desk membership at the time of award, including drop-in access at other Alt Space coworking locations. It does not include paid add-ons such as family member add-ons, mail service, virtual office, filing cabinets, private secured WiFi, or event rentals.
The Grand Prize winner chooses a location first, then the Referrer, based on desks available at that time.
The membership must begin within sixty (60) days of the winner's confirmation and runs for twelve (12) consecutive months from its start date. Unused time cannot be paused, extended, or carried over.
Use of the desk is subject to Alt Space's standard member terms and building rules, which the winner must accept before the membership begins. Sponsor may end the membership for violation of those terms.
Access hours are subject to building rules and the requirements of each location's landlord.
Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value. No substitution except by Sponsor, which may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside its control, including the closure of a location.
8. Winner Selection and Odds
On or about October 26, 2026, Sponsor will select one (1) potential Grand Prize winner in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period, including bonus entries. Each entrant's chances increase with each bonus entry earned. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
9. Winner Notification and Verification
The potential winner(s) will be notified by email and, if provided, by phone within two (2) business days of the drawing. To claim a prize, a potential winner must, within five (5) days of notification:
respond to Sponsor's notification,
sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and a Liability and, where lawful, Publicity Release, and
provide a completed IRS Form W-9.
If a potential winner cannot be reached, does not respond in time, does not return the required documents, is found ineligible, or does not comply with these Official Rules, the prize is forfeited and Sponsor may select an alternate winner by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries. If a Grand Prize winner is replaced, the Referrer Prize, if any, is determined by the alternate winner's referral.
10. Taxes
Each winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes on their prize. Because each prize has an ARV of $600 or more, Sponsor will issue each winner an IRS Form 1099-MISC for the prize's ARV. A winner who does not provide a completed Form W-9 forfeits the prize.
11. Entrant Offer
After the drawing, Sponsor may email entrants a promotional offer on Alt Space memberships. The offer is not a prize, is not part of the Sweepstakes, and is governed only by its own terms. Accepting or declining it has no effect on the Sweepstakes.
12. Privacy
Information collected from entrants is used to administer the Sweepstakes, contact winners, and send entrants information and offers from Alt Space. Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email. Sponsor does not sell entrant information.
13. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, by accepting a prize each winner agrees that Sponsor may use their name, town of residence, photograph, and statements about the Sweepstakes for advertising and promotion, in any media, without further compensation.
14. Platform Disclaimer
This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., or Google LLC. Each entrant releases those companies from all liability relating to the Sweepstakes. Questions or complaints go to Sponsor, not to those companies.
15. General Conditions
Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs its integrity. If the Sweepstakes is cancelled, Sponsor may award the prize(s) by random drawing from eligible entries received before cancellation.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or corrupted entries; errors in the entry form; or failures of any website, network, or email system. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.
16. Release and Limitation of Liability
By entering, each entrant releases and holds harmless Sponsor and its owners, members, managers, employees, contractors, and agents from any claim, injury, loss, or damage arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including use of any Alt Space premises. Nothing in these Official Rules limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
17. Disputes and Governing Law
These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any dispute arising out of the Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any class action, exclusively in the state courts located in [county], Colorado.
