Alt Space locations are securely locked 24/7, to ensure the safety of our members and their belongings. To access an Alt Space location, you’ll need to download the Proximity app if you haven’t already, then log in or set up an account. From there, you’ll be able to unlock the doors with your phone. Our spaces are autonomous, meaning we do not have a community manager on-site. If you have any trouble, please reach out.

Alt Space Amelia, Grand Junction, and Telluride @ Clark’s are pet-friendly locations.
Your pet needs to be on a leash and under voice control at all times. If they become disruptive in the space (barking, growling, aggressive, bothering other members or other dogs) we will have to ask you to remove your pet from the space.
Pets are not allowed at Alt Space Montrose or Firehouse.

We are not a silent coworking community! We encourage you to chat with your fellow coworkers and take brief calls at your desk as needed. For longer calls (15+ minutes) and meetings, please pop into a phone booth or reserve a conference room.

You don’t need to have a dedicated desk or private office to use our spaces! We welcome the broader Western Slope community to host their events at all four Alt Space locations. Please fill out our contact form to inquire about hosting your next event with us.

For Daily Drop-ins: Desks are not reservable. Simply book a Daily Drop-in here, then come in and get settled at any desk with a blue “available” card.
For Dedicated Desk Members: all available desks are designated in green on our digital floor plans here (red ones have already been claimed). To claim a desk, please reserve it using your Proximity account. Next, fill out a name tag (available at the welcome table) and slide it into the holder on the desk. If you decide to switch desks, let us know so we can update that in our system. If you cancel your membership, please take all of your belongings with you and remove your name tag from the desk. Any belongings left behind will be discarded after one week.
